$100K Reward For Parolee Accused Of Killing Girlfriend, Unborn Child

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a parolee accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend and their unborn child in east Hollywood, the FBI announced Thursday.

Philip Patrick Policarpio, 39, is on the agency's 10 most wanted list.

The convicted felon is accused of shooting Lauren Olguin in the head on April 12 on North Virgil Avenue in the Rampart area.

Policarpio is Filipino, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 to 165 pounds.

He has tattoos on his chest, his back, both arms and left thigh. One of them reads: "Only God Can Judge Me," according to the FBI.

The fugitive also has moles on his right nostril, near his left nostril and below his right lip plus a scar near his left eye. He may wear glasses and have a shaved head.

Policarpio is believed to be driving a red BMW 325i sedan with the license plate 7NBY245 and goes by the aliases Damon Hiromi Tanaka, Damon Hiromi Tanak, Damon Tanaka, Philip Policardio, Paul Policarpio, Phillip Policarpio, Bugsy, Sinister and Sins, agents said.

The FBI said Policarpio should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.

"He may have traveled to Las Vegas ... and has previous ties to the Philippines," according to the FBI, which said "Policarpio is known to abuse illegal drugs and may be in possession of multiple weapons."

At the time of the murder, Policarpio was on parole for a 2001 conviction.
