2 Killed In South LA Triple Shooting

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two people were killed Thursday in a South Los Angeles shooting that also injured a third person.

The shooting happened about 11 a.m. in the 1100 block of West 55th Street, Los Angeles police officials reported.

Two people, including the shooter, died at the scene. A third person was taken to a hospital in unknown condition, LAPD Officer Aareon Jefferson said.

Jefferson said no additional suspects were being sought.

The shooting apparently followed a family dispute and fight.
