Detectives Probe Double Homicide In Compton At Marijuana Dispensary

COMPTON (CBSLA.com)  —   Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are investigating the double homicide Wednesday of two people in Compton.

Officials said the shootings took place at the 4800 block of East Compton Boulevard around 6:40 p.m.

KCAL9's Stacey Butler reporting from the scene said the business appeared to be a marijuana dispensary.

The unidentified victims -- both described as adult black males -- were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The suspect is at large.

The investigation is on-going.

Butler spoke to neighbors who said they heard seven gun shots Tuesday evening.
