Arcadia Police Seek Public's Help In Locating Woman Last Seen Earlier This Month

ARCADIA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities on Sunday asked for the public's help in locating a missing 40-year-old woman who was last seen at a court hearing earlier this month.

Huong Tuyet Vu was last seen Aug. 4 at a court hearing in Santa Ana, her family told the Arcadia police.

The  woman lives in Arcadia and has not been seen by any of her family members since then, police said. Police also said that her cellphone has been disconnected.

Vu, a Vietnamese woman, is 5-foot-4 and weighs 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

A family member tells police she was diagnosed with schizophrenia but does not take medication.

Anyone with information as to Vu's whereabouts was asked to call the Arcadia Police Department at (626) 574-5151.
