DeAndre Jordan Spurns Mavericks, Re-Signs With Clippers
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) - DeAndre Jordan will rejoin the Clippers after all.
Days after he agreed in principle to join the Dallas Mavericks, Jordan changed his mind and will return to Los Angeles. His deal is reportedly over four years and worth $87.7 million.

Jordan had previously committed to signing with the Dallas Mavericks last week. The Mavericks let Tyson Chandler, their center last year, agree to sign with the Phoenix Suns without offering him a contract. Now that Jordan to Dallas has fallen through, we will keep an eye on Chandler's situation.
Free agents could not sign their contracts until 9:01 p.m. Wednesday, so Jordan never signed a contract with the Mavericks despite giving his verbal agreement to join the team. The move comes after many criticized the Clippers for allowing Jordan to leave, including Clippers shooting guard JJ Redick.
Redick gave the Clippers an "F" grade when asked about the Clippers free agency on a radio show earlier in the week. Redick took to Twitter minutes after free agency officially began showing his revised opinion of the Clippers personnel moves. He also kept with the emoji theme which seems to have swept all across the NBA.

Mavericks forward Chandler Parsons expressed his frustration with the decision after he was a heavy recruiter of Jordan throughout the process.

Dallas also signed guard Wes Matthews to a long-term deal, and reports are that Matthews will still sign with Dallas despite Jordan changing his mind.
