Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (June 18)

(CBSLA.com) — The forecast continues to stay on track with very warm temperatures inland and mild conditions in the basin and at the beach.

The onshore flow is helping to keep our temperatures downtown near seasonal averages.

However, the Inland Empire and the high desert are really sizzling with temperatures running around 10 degrees above average.

It's going to get a little warm as high pressure drifts directly over head for the next couple of days. Then it continues to move east.

Look for some higher humidity next week as the high sets up over the "four corner" states. We should see some cooling weather by the middle of next week.
