Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (April 27)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — There's some gusty winds Monday morning. Advisories are in place through the afternoon then the winds should relax a bit.

The worst of the winds will be in the mountain communities. This is all being driven by a dry off-shore flow, which will also keep temperatures warm.

The off-shore flow remains in place through Wednesday; however the winds won't really be a factor.

Temperatures will be well above average. Daytime highs will hover from the low 80s to near 90 degrees.

By Thursday, things will slip back into the generic morning low clouds and hazy sunshine pattern that we are familiar with.

Temperatures will drop back down closer to average — the middle 70s.
