Caught On Video: Woman Kicks Out Window Of LAPD Patrol Car During Arrest
EL SERENO (CBSLA.com) — A woman was hospitalized Friday after kicking out a window of a Los Angeles Police Department patrol car.
Los Angeles Fire Department officials responded to Marianna Avenue and Valley Boulevard in El Sereno just after 11 p.m. Thursday on a domestic dispute call.
Firefighters contacted the Los Angeles Police Department when a woman allegedly involved in the dispute became aggressive and battered one of the firefighters, according to authorities.
The unidentified suspect was detained and put in the back of an LAPD unit. She then started yelling and screaming and kicked out a rear window.
Investigators believe she may have been intoxicated.
She was restrained and transported to a local hospital for a psychological evaluation.
