Police Pursuit Concludes In Simi Valley

SIMI VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — Police were in pursuit of a vehicle traveling at dangerous speeds on the 118 freeway Tuesday afternoon.

Simi Valley Police pursued the blue Mazda, traveling westbound in the height of rush hour.

It was initially reported that the vehicle was speeding along around 100 mph.

The pursuit was picked up as it traveled past the Sycamore exit.

Police were able to bring the pursuit to an end shortly after the suspect vehicle exited the freeway.
