Missing Monterey Park Man, 79, Reunited With His Family

MONTEREY PARK (CBSLA.com) —  A 79-year-0ld missing Monterey Park man has been reunited with his family.

Chaowu Li had last been seen Thursday morning around 7:30 a.m. in the 800 block of E. Emerson Avenue.

The missing man has dementia and his loved ones were concerned about his whereabouts.

Chaowu speaks Mandarin Chinese and likes to visit Chinese businesses, restaurants and supermarkets.

It was unclear where he was found but police said Thursday he had been found, safe, and had been reunited with his family.
