Banning Man, 21, Accused Of Masturbating In Presence Of Children

YUCAIPA (CBSLA.com)  —  Authorities have arrested a 21-year-old Banning man who works at Disneyland for allegedly masturbating in a residence in Yucaipa in the presence of underage children.

Last Friday deputies from the Highland Sheriff's Station received a report about David Goodman and accused him of pleasuring himself in front of a two male children, ages 6 and 9 and a 5-year-old female.

Detectives from the Crimes Against Children detail were notified.

Authorities spoke to the children as well as the male victim's mother. The victims all alleged sexual abuse by Goodman last Friday and on at least two prior occasions within the last several months.

The suspect has been charged with lewd acts with a child under 14, oral copulation of a child under 14 (and more than 10 years younger) and sexual penetration with foreign object.

Goodman was booked at the Central Detention Center and is being held on $250,000 bail. He is scheduled for court on January 2 in San Bernardino Superior Court.

Goodman has worked at Disneyland since approximately August 2014, officials said. The exact nature of his work was not disclosed.

The investigation is ongoing.
