Man Arrested On Suspicion Of DUI After Coachella Crash

RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after authorities say he collided his Ford Mustang into the wall of an apartment complex.

Victor Rodriguez of Coachella was booked into the Riverside County jail following the 4:07 a.m. crash early Saturday morning, the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner's department said in a written statement.

The accident happened in the 50600 block of Suncrest Street.

Although uninjured, Rodriguez was taken to the hospital to be checked before being booked in Indio.
