Take The Whole Family For A Festive Holiday Outing To See The LA Zoo Lights

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Looking for a festive family event this holiday season?

Kait Hilliard, Vice President, Marketing and Communications, for the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association stopped by KCAL9 Wednesday to talk about the return of L.A. Zoo Lights.

The show runs through Jan. 4 (with the exception of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Families can park free at the Zoo and take a stroll through a select portion for a self-guided 60- to 90-minute tour of an incredible, innovative and contemporary light display, which includes glowing animals in LED lights, lasers, 3D projections, spectacular sets and interactive displays.

Tickets are just $8 if purchased online before Dec. 11. Otherwise, they cost $13 for adults and $11 for kids.
