Crews Battle 3-Alarm Fire At Apartment Complex In Riverside
RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — A fire tore through a two-story apartment complex near downtown Riverside Sunday.
City firefighters was reported around 4:30 p.m. at Monte Vista Apartments, a two-story complex located at 2450 Market Street, according to the Riverside Fire Department.
Flames had spread to both stories of the building. It was not immediately clear how many apartments were affected or if anyone was injured.
Firefighters were calling for officials to close surrounding streets, located near the intersection of the 60 and 91 freeways.
