6-Inch Water-Main Rupture Floods Streets In South LA

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — An overnight water-main break in South Los Angeles flooded streets in the area and impacted about 30 people, authorities said.

The 6-inch pipe rupture happened about 4 a.m. Saturday on W. 107th Street near S. Spring Street.

Although crews managed to turn off the water, repairs are still underway.

No further information was immediately available.
