STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) —The healthy trend known as “juicing” has become popular here in Los Angeles.
Pressed Juicery Co-Founder Carly De Castro joined us on KCAL9 Thursday afternoon to share recipes and talk about her new book.
De Castro is the author of the book “JUICE: Recipes for Juicing, Cleansing & Living Well” that features the shop’s most popular juices including greens, roots, citrus, fruits, aloe, chlorophyll waters and all the ins and outs of juicing.
Pressed Juicery recently debuted two of their new summer juice flavors, featuring a green juice that has spinach, romaine, kale, yuzu, pink lady apple and one that has raspberry, rhubarb, watermelon, strawberry and pineapple.
Pressed Juicery opened in 2010 and currently has 22 locations on the west coast.
