STUDIO CITY ( — Physical therapist Lori Rubenstein joined us Tuesday afternoon on KCAL9 to share tips about Fizzy Yoga, along with some meditation techniques.

Fizzy Yoga offers a mix of yoga therapy along with physical therapy, working to fix injuries using safe exercises along with the help of machines such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation and laser treatments to heal injuries.

According to Rubenstein, Fizzy Yoga helps to improve flexibility and strength, while also healing injuries faster by concentrating on improving performance and the immune system, while reducing blood pressure and pain.

Rubenstein has a physical therapy studio, Mosaic Physical Therapy, in West Los Angeles where she offers Fizzy Yoga sessions as well as traditional physical therapy.
