Man Suspected In Indecent Exposure Arrested In Culver City
CULVER CITY (CBSLA.com) — Police in Culver City on Thursday announced the arrest of a man they said has been exposing himself at the Baldwin Hills Overlook.
At least two incidents were reported between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. at the scenic overlook at 6300 Hetzler Road in the past several days.
"In both instances, the suspect was seen exposing himself in his vehicle," Culver City police said.
The Overlook is a popular exercise site, especially during the morning hours.
The suspect was described by witnesses as a Hispanic or black man, 18 to 25, with a thin build.
On Thursday, police arrested Brian Ashton Smith at his residence.
