V. Stiviano Is Beaten, Called The N Word By Assailants In New York

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com)  —   V. Stiviano, the woman at the center of the Donald Sterling scandal, has been beaten by two men in New York City.

Radar On Line broke the story Sunday evening. They quoted Stiviano's attorney as also saying the group of assailants also called her "the N word."

The online report says she was beaten up "by two white men" on Sunday evening.

Mac Nehoray said Stiviano was leaving a restaurant in the Meatpacking district around 7 p.m. when the men "descended on her."

Her lawyer said the men began hitting her and calling her a series of "disgusting slurs."

She was able to flee her attackers.

Stiviano was taken to a doctor and examined for possible injuries.

The lawyer added that one side of her face is "extremely red" and that she was obviously very scared about her safety and well-being.

He said she had not yet filed a police report but would "probably do so" Monday.

Stiviano was in New York reportedly to appear on "Anderson Cooper 360" on Monday.

Nehoray says she will appear on the cable show as planned.

He told Radar On Line, "No one will intimidate her."

Nahoray told CBS2/KCAL9 that Stiviano was punched "on the right side of her face several times."
