TARZANA (CBSLA.com) — A Jewish temple in Tarzana was evacuated Sunday following a report of an unattended suitcase.

A LAPD spokesperson told CBS2/KCAL9 the bag was found in front of the building, located in the 5400 block of Lindley Avenue, at approximately 9:10 a.m. Sunday.

A LAPD bomb squad was called to the scene, prompting the evacuation of Sunday school students.

Investigators determined the bag did not contain explosives.

The owner of the suitcase was found.
