MANHATTAN BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Police Wednesday released a sketch of a man wanted for molesting a boy in a public restroom in Manhattan Beach.

The victim was approached by the suspect around 1:30 p.m. Friday at Polliwog Park in the 1600 block of Manhattan Beach Boulevard.

The man forced the boy into a bathroom stall, where he “fondled the victim’s genitals,” authorities said.

The suspect was described as white, in his 40s or possibly older, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build, tanned skin, and short gray hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and dark pants.

Anyone with information about the crime was asked to call (310) 802-5125.
