CALABASAS (CBSLA.com) — A 20-year-old transient Friday was arrested for violating a court order to stay away from the Calabasas home of singer/actress Selena Gomez.

Che Cruz was taken into custody near the star’s property around 11:30 a.m., according to the sheriff’s Malibu-Lost Hills Station.

Cruz was arrested Sunday after he was found in Gomez’s guesthouse.

He pleaded no contest to unauthorized entry of a residential dwelling and was sentenced to 45 days in jail on Wednesday. He was also ordered to serve three years’ probation and to stay away from Gomez and her residence.

Cruz is now being held at the Malibu-Lost Hills Station on $20,000 bail.
