Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (March 18)

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — The winds have already pulled back Tuesday morning, so the widespread wind advisories have cancelled, but there are still advisory level winds in the Inland Empire and in many canyon and pass locations.

The winds should pull back as into the afternoon.  Temperatures will be similar to Monday but maybe a touch warmer with the off-shore flow.

High pressure will build slightly into Wednesday so expect a warm up.  Then the rest of the week looks gray as the marine layer strengthens along with the on-shore flow.

Temperatures will drop down as well.  The marine layer could be thick enough on Friday and Saturday to warrant some spotty drizzle.  Other than that expect a cooling trend into the weekend, then some warmer weather next week.

Basin -mid to upper 70s

Valleys - mid to upper 70s

Mtns - upper 40s

Deserts - upper 60s
