Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (March 3)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — A ridge of high pressure will start building into the region Monday. However, it is a dirty ridge of high pressure. That just means clouds will overrun the ridge giving us partly to mostly cloudy skies for Monday and Tuesday.

However, there will be a nice warming trend through Wednesday. Temperatures will reach into the upper 60s Monday and then into the 70s by Tuesday.

There even could be some 80s by the middle of the week for inland communities. There is a front pushing through to the north on Thursday, but it looks like a Santa Ana wind event is setting up for next weekend.

So it appears it's been winter for 3 days, but now it's back to the warm dry weather.

Basin - mid to upper 60s

Beaches - mid to upper 60s

Valleys - mid to upper 60s

Deserts - mid 60s

Mountains - upper 40s
