Foodie Fridays: Easy Super Bowl Party Recipes

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The Super Bowl is just two days away, and what better way to celebrate the big game than with tasty treats for you and your guests!

Adam Taki, president of Amazing Taste Foods, stopped by CBS2 This Morning with some delicious recipes for Foodie Friday.

Recipes:

Beef or Turkey Chili

ground beef or turkey, 1 lb
tomatoes, 1 can (14.5 oz) diced & undrained, OR tomato sauce, 2 cans (8 oz each)
kidney or pinto beans, 1 can (15.5 oz)
water, ½ cup
olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Amazing Taste® Chili seasoning, 1 packet

In a large pot heat olive oil on MEDIUM heat, add meat and brown it.

Add water, Amazing Taste Chili seasoning, tomato (sauce) and beans, and stir well.

Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve if desired with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped onions.

Suggested Serving:
Use on top of burgers, hot dogs, backed potatoes, fries, nachos or pasta.

Party wings

Chicken wings, 2-4 lb
water, ½ cup
vinegar, ¼ cup
Amazing Taste® Hot N' Spicy seasoning, 1 packet

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Rinse chicken wings in cold running water.

Mix ½ cup water, ¼ cup vinegar and 1 packet of Amazing Taste Hot N' Spicy seasoning in a small bowl.

Place wings in a baking dish and pour sauce over them, covering evenly. Let the wings marinate for 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Place wings on a baking pan.

Bake uncovered at 400° F for 30 minutes.

Serve while still warm for that tingling spicy hot experience that you expect from chicken wings.

Celery sticks with ranch or blue cheese dressing are good on the side.
