STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Having a baby can be stressful!
Deborah Carlisle Solomon, author of “Baby Knows Best” and Executive Director of Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE), stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to offer tips to help parents feel calm and confident while raising their babies.
These 3 steps can and baby to feel secure:
1. Slow down with your baby
2. Practice telling your baby what you’re going to do before you do it
3. Tarry time
RIE offers the following classes:
o Before Baby pre-natal course
o Parent-Infant Guidance classes for parents and their babies age 0-2
o Nurturing Nanny course (in English and in Spanish)
o Three-part Professional Development course
