Lancaster Man, 47, Arrested After Finding His Mother Dead In Kitchen

LANCASTER (CBSLA.com) — A 47-year-old man was arrested Saturday for allegedly killing his mother, authorities said.

Shelton Bradley told police he found his 73-year-old mother's body around 6 p.m. Thursday at her residence in the 44000 block of Beach Avenue, said Deputy Irys Alvarez of the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

Rosie Manuel was reportedly found in her kitchen.

Officers arrested Bradley, who's being held on $1 million bail.
