LAGUNA HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Deputies Friday were searching for a person of interest after his roommate was found dead inside his Orange County home.

The roommate of 22-year-old Henry Nunez Godinez was found dead late Wednesday at their Laguna Hills apartment in the 25200 block of Stockport Street.

The two men were also co-workers, Orange County Sheriff’s officials said.

Godinez was described as Hispanic with black hair, brown eyes and a slender build.

He was last seen Dec. 7 and may be traveling to Nicaragua via Mexico, according to authorities.

Deputies believe he may be driving a 2005 Black VW Jetta with license plate number 6KJM618.

Anyone with information about Godinez or his whereabouts was asked to contact Inv. Justin Montano at (714)647-7046 or the Sheriff’s Department at (714)647-7000.
