LT King Dunlap Expected Back For Chargers

SAN DIEGO (AP) — Indications are that Chargers left tackle King Dunlap will return for Sunday's game against the New York Giants after missing three games with a neck injury.

Dunlap's potential return means the Chargers (5-7) could have their opening day lineup on the offensive line intact for the first time since Sept. 22.

With Dunlap back, rookie D.J. Fluker would move from left tackle to right tackle. That allows Jeromey Clary to slide inside from right tackle to right guard. With Clary back at that spot, Chad Rinehart returns to left guard.

Center Nick Hardwick is a go as well after missing practice time earlier this week with a neck injury. Hardwick is the only Chargers offensive lineman to start every game this season at the same position.

Fluker (knee) was limited in Friday's practice but Chargers coach Mike McCoy said he is fine.
