STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Celebrity trainer and fitness expert Lacey Stone stopped by KCAL9 Tuesday to show viewers workouts that can be done outside of the gym!

Here are some of the different kettle bell workouts that work out abs, shoulders, legs and core:

  • Windmill
  • Basic Swing
  • Core Rotation
  • High pull into a shoulder press
  • High pull
