25th Annual Bridges Youth Conference Returns To OC Friday

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The 25th Annual Bridges Youth Conference is coming to Orange County this weekend.

Rusty Kennedy, executive director of OC Human Relations, visited the KCAL9 studios  Tuesday to talk about the conference.

The conference is a day-long event that brings together students and teachers from across Orange County to explore issues of identity and culture, develop leadership skills and be exposed to examples of successful youth activism.

It will be held this Friday, Nov. 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Cal State Fullerton.
