STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — This system is playing out just as we forecast.

There is a lot of wind and cold air, but not a lot of moisture.  Most stations reporting a trace to .10″.

The low will gradually move out of Southern California as the day progresses.  It will be another blustery start to your Tuesday.  There will also still be some leftover showers in the flat lands and snow showers above 4500′.
