CAN CAN cleanses are wholesome, one, three, or five-day liquid cleanses made from locally sourced organic fruits, veggies, teas, nuts, herbs and spices. As the pioneer of the seasonal cleanse, CAN CAN adapts the cleanse program four times a year to pair the body’s cravings with the climate, while highlighting the seasonal changes in local produce.

Try one of the following drinks at home:

Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk  

  • 1 cup almonds, soaked in filtered water overnight
  • 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
  • 1 TBS pumpkin spice
  • 6-8 dates
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 cups filtered water (plus additional water for soaking almonds)

Grape Apple Juice

  • 3/4 Cup Grape Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1 TBS Filtered Water
  • 2 TBS Lemon Juice

Chia Fruit Juice

  • 1 Cup Grape Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1 1/2 TBS Chia Seed
  • 1/3 Cup Filtered Water
  • 2 TBS Lemon Juice

Classic Almond Milk **Original Almond Milk Recipe approved**

  • 1 cup almonds, soaked in filtered water overnight
  • 4 dates
  • 6 cups filtered water (plus additional water for soaking almonds)
  • dash of cinnamon
