SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a 25-year-old man in San Bernardino.

The San Bernardino Police Department said in a statement that Randy Terriel Coleman of Redlands was found about 7:53 p.m. Friday suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.

He was located in the carport of the Wishfield Apartments on N. 3rd Avenue.

The statement said Coleman was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he later died.

Police said a motive for the murder has not been established.

No suspect information was immediately available.
