MARINA DEL REY (CBSLA.com) — Power was restored to a majority of Southern California Edison customers in Marina del Rey and part of Venice who were without power Thursday morning.

The outage, which was reported just after 8:20 a.m., affected a total 4,228 customers, SCE spokesman Paul Klein said.
