GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Saturday were searching for two people accused of breaking into two food kiosks at the Americana at Brand.

The Glendale Police Department said in a statement that the burglaries occurred at the Richie Palmer’s Pizzaria and a Haagen-Dazs kiosk on Sunday, July 28.

Video captured from one of the burglaries depicts a woman opening a sliding glass service door while a 160-pound man manages to lower himself through the small service window, according to the statement.

At one point, police said the male suspect hit his head on the floor and was rendered temporarily unconscious.

Police said the male suspect was between the age of 19 and 23. He had shaggy blond or light brown hair and stood at 5-feet, 9-inches tall.

The female was believed to be between 17 to 23 years of age with long, possibly brown hair. She stood at 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighed 140 pounds, according to police.

Police said the suspects made off with $980 from one of the burglaries but no money was taken at the second location.

No further information was available.
