STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Dr. Raymond Hall appeared on KCAL9 News on Saturday morning to share his tips for better sleep.

Hall, a sleep science expert and celebrity/professional athlete chiropractor, is the visionary behind PILLO1.

PILLO1 was engineered as a proactive and preventive solution to neck and back pain as well as sleepless nights.

Among his tips, Hall recommends cutting out certain food and beverages, such as, caffeine, alcohol, and sugar.

He also says a person’s circadian clock can be strengthened by maintaining a regular sleep-wake cycle.
