Middle-Aged Women Take On High School Basketball Champs In 'The Hot Flashes'!

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — An unlikely match-up raises money for breast cancer!

Actress and documentary film producer, Virginia Madsen, stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to discuss her new movie "The Hot Flashes"!

The film is about a group of middle-aged women who challenge the high school girls' state basketball champions to raise money for a mobile breast cancer screening truck.

"The Hot Flashes" is now available on Video On Demand and will be in theaters July 12.
