Report: Big Bear, Snow Summit Up For Sale

BIG BEAR (CBSLA.com) — Bear Mountain and its sister ski resort, Snow Summit, are being put up for sale, the San Bernardino Sun reported Monday.

Snow Summit has 14 ski lifts and 18 ski-able miles while Bear Mountain has 12 lifts and 17 ski-able miles of terrain.

Both resorts combined attract about 700,000 skiers each winter.

The resorts are estimated to be worth more than $11 million.
