CHINO HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters on Thursday were fighting a small brush fire burning near the 71 Freeway in Chino Hills.

Chino Valley firefighters were conducting water drops to knock out the roughly 10-acre fire along Coyote Street and Conestoga Lane, according to spokesperson Massiel DeGuevara.

No structures were being threatened, and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
