Police Search For Suspects In Fatal Shooting Of Corona Woman

CORONA (CBSLA.com) — A woman was shot to death in Corona Thursday afternoon.

Officers responded to reports of shots fired around 4:30 p.m. in the 700 block of South Joy Street, according to Corona police Sgt. Kim Velasco.

Authorities learned the victim was taken to Corona Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

The investigation is ongoing while police search for possible suspects.
