Knife-Wielding Suspect Fatally Wounded In Alhambra OIS Identified
ALHAMBRA (CBSLA.com) — The knife-wielding suspect shot dead Friday inside an Alhambra police station has been identified.
Authorities identified the man as 35-year-old Tony Nim of Alhambra.
For unknown reasons, Nim entered a police station in the 200 block of S. 1st Street carrying what was was described as "a very large knife."
The shooting occurred at around 7:25 a.m., according to LA County Sheriff Lt. Dave Coleman.
Three officers were confirmed to have fired their weapons, Coleman said.
