LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The northbound 405 Freeway will be closed at Santa Monica Boulevard from 11 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Saturday.
However, the off and on-ramps will remain open. Motorists can exit at the Santa Monica Boulevard off-ramp, go straight through the traffic light, and re-enter at the Santa Monica Boulevard on-ramp.
During the closure, which is part of the Sepulveda Pass Improvements Project, workers will repair the approach slab at the connection between the freeway and a bridge.
The following ramps will also be closed:
– Northbound Olympic Boulevard on-ramp
– Interstate 10 east connector to northbound I-405
– Interstate 10 west connector to northbound I-405
The same closures will be in effect on Friday, May 17, and Saturday, May 18.
