Drunk Shooting Victim Unable To Tell Officials How He Got Wounded

POMONA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities in Pomona are hoping the public can tell them how a very drunk shooting victim got wounded.

Tommy Dominquez, 41, was shot once in the lower extremities but has been unable to tell investigators how he was hurt.

Officials say Dominquez will survive his gunshot wound and believe he was possibly shot in front of a bar.

Authorities got a call just after 1:30 a.m. from Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center where Dominguez was taken by private vehicle.

Officials went to the alleged scene of the shooting -- the 1200 block of East Missing Boulevard -- and found shell casings in front of a bar.

Police asked anyone with information to call (909) 620-2085.
