DIAMOND BAR (CBSLA.com) — A 15-year-old boy was arrested Friday after allegedly bringing an unloaded gun to a Diamond Bar high school.

The student, who is not eligible for bail, was taken into custody for possession of a firearm on school grounds, possession of a stolen firearm and a minor in possession of a firearm. He was booked at the Walnut/Diamond Bar Sheriff's Station and transported to juvenile hall.

Deputies said they responded to a report of a student with a gun around 12:30 p.m. at Diamond Ranch High School located at 100 Diamond Ranch Road.
