Man, Woman Shot Multiple Times In South LA
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two people were shot multiple times in the chest Monday afternoon in South Los Angeles.
A 26-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were struck with gunfire around 3:50 p.m. at West 79th Street and South Normandie Avenue, according to Officer Sara Faden of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The suspects fled the area.
The victims are in critical condition.
Police said the incident appears to be gang-related.
