Colton Man Behind Bars After Allegedly Trying To Kidnap Girl While Exposing Himself

COLTON (CBSLA.com) — A Colton man is behind bars after he allegedly exposed himself and tried to kidnap a girl in broad daylight earlier this week.

Evan Bruton, 19, was taken into custody Wednesday and booked into the San Bernardino County Jail. He's being held on $1 million bail.

Police said an 18-year-old girl was waiting for a bus around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday on Cooley Avenue.

She told authorities Bruton lowered his pants and tried to grab her.

The victim, however, fought back and was able to get away.
