GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — A car ended up on the roof of a Glendale home’s garage.

The car raced across a front lawn and ended up on the roof of the garage next door.

The incident occurred in the 400 block of Audraine Drive.

The elderly driver and his female passenger were able to get out of the vehicle and were not hurt.

After police arrived to investigate, the driver reportedly told them his brakes failed and he lost control of the vehicle.
