STUDIO CITY ( — Spice up your taste buds this spring with new menu items at Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill in Costa Mesa.

Executive Chef Danny Stevens visited the KCAL9 studios Wednesday to talk about the restaurant’s new spring menu and featured his new shrimp and scallop ceviche!

Z’Tejas is known for bold flavors and that is reflected in their spring menu consisting of dishes like Dos Equis Pork Empanadas, Chorizo Stuffed Shrimp & Braised Duck Relleno all prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients indicative of spring.

The eatery has also added two new SKYY Vodka cocktails that mirror the colors of the season.

The new menu will be offered through June 2.
