PORTER RANCH (CBSLA.com) — A Porter Ranch family is concerned about a missing loved one with Down Syndrome.

Kitt Carson, 23, was last seen Friday morning at his home in the 19900 block of Eagle Ridge Lane.

His family is concerned because Carson has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old and they are worried about his safety.

Carson is Latino with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet tall and weighs about 130 pounds.
